This one is a quickie but worthknowing. I just learned that Zack Snyder’s “The Man of Steel” is getting the *beloved* treatment of being converted the 3D, rather than being filmed in 3D all along.
According to a recent press release from Warner Bros.:
“‘Man of Steel’ will be presented in 3D in select theaters, as well as in 2D and IMAX, so fans of the iconic superhero will be able to experience the much-anticipated movie in their format of choice.”
It makes sense and helps their bottom line. I won’t be one of the psychos who wants to burn down the homes of everyone involved with this film because of thi announcement and will instead opt to watch the film in 2D when presented with the option. Isn’t choice great?

All I can say on this movie is… It better be good. I have tried over and over to get into the superman movies and cartoon, but I can’t bring myself to like the “superhero” that has no weaknesses except for kryptonite… really? How the hell do the villains keep getting it cause the last time I checked amazon doesn’t carry kryptonite gift baskets. Come on people make him a little vulnerable, Peter Parker can be hurt as well as Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark and even Thor… a God! Lets get creative instead of the same old tired superman story line… Lex Luther has an evil plan, superman attempts to stop him Lex hits him with kryptonite he gets rid of the krytponite and saes the day, goes home and pretends to have a normal relationship with Lois Lane while maintaining that “I’m in love with you but I could crush you with my butt cheeks so we will never have sex” vibe they always have while in the same room!
Actually really excited for this movie. Always a huge fan of superman!! Since I was a child and cavils was perfect in immortals! I have no doubt his deliver. Strong superman and Snyder is a excellent director. Sumer punch was okay but watchmen was amazing.
