New Japanese Avengers trailer reveals more movie footage

A new trailer for The Avengers has surfaced and provides even more footage. We finally get a good look at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier along with some actual dialogue from Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill. I’m not going to spoil anymore, take a look below.

I think the Helicarrier looks like a pretty accurate depiction. I am also happy to see some focus on film’s other characters. I love the primary cast but it’s very exciting to see some footage that reveals more about the characters we do not know. The dialogue with Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) was exciting, especially since he’s had such a lack of screen time in previous Marvel movies. I hope there is a proper amount of time devoted to his character development in the film.

  1. Well, looks like it’s confirmed…Frost Giants with Hydra technology.

    If you repeatedly pause the trailer at crucial moments you can see they are blue-hued gladiator looking figures on top of the some of those flying machines (ala green goblin) and also when they are jumping onto the building before Loki shows up in the trailer.
