New Trailer: The Dark Knight Rises – this is the one to watch

— Posted by The "Superior" Anthony

There’s a new ‘Nokia exclusive’ trailer for “The Dark Knight Rises” that’s making its debut today and this is the one to watch. I warn you that there are scenes that many will consider SPOILERS. If you watch just remember that you have been warned. I was excited about the TV spot that we put up yesterday but THIS IS THE TRAILER that really really gets the adrenaline pumping.

Eight years after Batman took the fall for Two Face’s crimes, a new terrorist leader, Bane, overwhelms Gotham’s finest, and the Dark Knight resurfaces to protect a city that has branded him an enemy.

OMG. Excuse me while I grab a mop to clean up the saliva and urine now surrounding my desk chair due to my inability to control my bodily fluids while watching this trailer. I apologize for the smell and embarrassment and will try to avoid this issue from recurring in the future. If possible, someone please ask Mr. Nolan to avoid releasing comparably sizzling trailers in the future, or to provide ample warning in advance of release of any future trailer. Thank you for your time, please come again.

If the film is 50% as good as this trailer makes it out to be, we are in for some treat… My heart started beating faster when Batman’s eyes widen, and turns slowly to reveal Bane waiting for him… and the “Mr. Wayne” line is awesome…

"I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you."
