A new animated short film is on its way starring the lovable characters of Toy Story. No surprise there, this isn’t the first short film for the characters and I really don’t expect this one to be the last either. The new short is already making headlines with its Halloween theme and has a loose synopsis already online.

what starts out as a fun road trip for the Toy Story gang takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this Toy Story of Terror

 

It’s a neat little plot and would be super exciting if it were releasing in a few weeks but don’t expect to see this short until sometime in 2013.
