World War Z unleashes a NEW trailer ahead of release

— Posted by The "Superior" Anthony

I like Brad Pitt and I typically enjoy Brad Pitt movies. That being said I have a bit of optimism heading toward the release of World War Z if only to see him deliver a fun summer blockbuster. Paramount was kind enough to provide us with the latest trailer for the film and I’m anxious to see more of this film. Oh, and there’s also Matthew Fox and the film is directed by Marc “Quantum of Solace” Forster. Here’s the trailer:

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop a pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

It’s a little jarring seeing Pitt play such a frail character. I guess I’ve become somewhat accustomed to seeing the bravado behind the characters spill into a film. I expect to see some redeeming moments like the helicopter scene shown in this trailer, I just wonder how they’ll show this story end. That’s all for now…
