Boogeyman Poster and Website

boogymanPoster.jpgI’m not that big of a fan of horror films. It’s not that they scare me… it’s that I’ve seen so many of them I’m just desensitized to the whole “spook” effect (although An American Werewolf In London still makes me soil my pants). Having said that, I must confess that I’ve been more than a little interested in Boogeyman, and the release of the official poster and website have only tantalised my appetite even more.

The folks at Monsters and Critics give us this synopsis of the film:

‘Boogeyman’ is the tale of a young man called Tim who was left traumatized in his adults years by horrific childhood memories. His memories were of terrible events that happened in his old house. The memories were of the so called ‘Boogeyman’. No one ever believed what he said about these happening, so he decides now to go back to his old house and spend a night there to face his traumatic memories.

Sound a little predictable? Yeah maybe, but I still think it’s has potential.
