Saun of the Dead’s Edgar Wright’s next chair

The Hollywood Reporter has reported through Coming Soon that Edgar Wright Director of the most hallowed and amazingly worshipful Shaun of the Dead, is in talks to Direct a movie for Universal. Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life…

…tells the story of a young slacker who meets the woman of his dreams but finds that he can win her only by first battling and defeating her seven evil ex-boyfriends.

The project, currently out to writers, is based on the graphic novel “Scott Pilgrim Volume 1: Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life,” written by Bryan Lee O’Malley.

Sounds interesting and quirky enough for this fabulous talent! I just can’t wait to see the Hot Fuzz film the Shaun team are currently at work upon.
