Sharon Stone talks of sordid Basic Instinct 2 details

SharonStone.jpgIn a cheap stab at promoting a dead horse, Sharon Stone has been interviewed in Canoe from a syndicated show called Access Hollywood, saying:

“There is lesbian love”

Wooo. Let me go see that movie now please. (That’s heavy sarcasm for those of you who can’t read my fingers.) Oh but wait, there’s more leverage.

“We’re testing for her now.” When asked if she would mind if life ever imitated art, the 46-year-old actress said with a smile: “Why not? Middle age is an open-minded period.”

Nope, it’s cheap, and I’m still not interested. Hey, but don’t give up now, try flogging that horse one more time, it might not really be dead, just playing at it.

she was surprised at the attention her interrogation scene in the original 1992 Basic Instinct movie…received.

“People still want to see some more of that,” she said with a laugh. When asked if that was the plan for the sequel, she smiled and replied, “You can spend your $12 and go find out for yourself.”

Sorry, it is dead. Woah! Wait a minute there though, $12 to go to the movies? Mmmm…I wonder if John is currently spitting and swearing at the monitor right now? I’m not sure of prices over the dollars’ way, but John’s open letter concerning the cost of going to the movies sure suggests it’s a tad more than that, unless you’re going for the movie and no drinks, food, seats, screen…

Is anyone even vaguely interested in seeing this sequel?
