Edinburgh International Film Festival: Audience Awards

Every performance the Edinburg Film Festival staff are handing out voting tickets to everyone and collecting them at the end, simply by tearing off the ticket corresponding to your enjoyment of the movie they are finding out which is the most popular film each day.

I haven’t been keeping up to date, but the results today are quite interesting:

1. Serenity
2. Tsotsi
3. Mirrormask
4. Mad Hot Ballroom
5. On a Clear Day
6. Land of the Dead
7. Saraband
8. Kinky Boots
9. Fateless
10.The Beat that My Heart Skipped

Check out my review of the EIFF Press Screening of Serenity. I’m quite surprised by this, and after the premiere of Green Street last night I think the top three might change tomorrow. Watch out for the review to come.
