Keith Richards Back In Pirates???

Ok, this is getting worse than the whole “Who will be Bond” thing! Keith Richards is in and out and in and out and in and out of Pirates of the Caribbean 2 more often than his teenage groupies pants. A few weeks ago we told you that he was now final in his decision to be “out” of the film. Well surprise surprise… it looks like that’s all changed.

the back and forth ping pong action continues for us as the good folks over at Cinema Blend give us this:

Often unreliable news resource WENN reports that Richards has agreed to appear in the film as Captain Jack Sparrow’s father, at least according to Orlando Bloom. “We’re going to have an appearance by the great Keith Richards,” says Bloom.

Look, I’ve gone eon record a number of times and said that I think Keith Richards would be a fantastic novelty for Pirates (as long as it’s a small part and not some leading role. If it’s a leading role then get a real actor). But this is getting silly. Either he’s in or he’s out. They’re already well into filming for heavens sake! Make up your minds!!!!
