Pierce Brosnan Says F-U To Bond Producers

I am starting to appreciate Pierce Brosnan more… if for no other reason than he gives some great quotes these days and isn’t afraid to voice his very blunt opinions. I had mixed feelings about him being dropped as James Bond, but I’m generally happy with the direction they’ve chosen to go in… although it would have been nice to see Brosnan around for another film or two.

But now Brosnan has apparently really expressed his feelings about being dropped from the Bond franchise in an interview with Playboy magazine. The folks over at Ananova give us this:

Pierce Brosnan has told James Bond producers “f*** you” for dropping him as 007. The actor claimed his new film The Matador had proved them wrong, says the Mirror.

Brosnan, 52, told Playboy magazine: “It’s bloody frustrating that the f***ers pulled the rug when they did. “It’s great to say f*** you a***holes. F*** you who thought I was some wuss. F*** you.”

Don’t hold back Pierce… tell us what you really think! Oh man that’s a great quote. Love him or hate him, you’ve got to admit that Brosnan is at least getting more entertaining in his older age.
