I’ve seen it, and it’s good (Say that last word with naughty relish). Check out the review of Night Watch (Nochnoy dozor) for how it is as a complete movie. In the meantime here are a couple of very cool things for you.
First up is the Apple Trailer in all manner of formats including the now standard Hi-Def and iPod. I have to say watching that trailer again not only caught me on the opening section but also reminded me just how good this movie is visually, try and see it on the big screen if you can.
There’s also the interesting featurette that was released just recently. The entire movie in high speed. I don’t quite understand what they were trying to do here, because surely you could just slow it down and watch it all? Perhaps not, looking at the loading speed it’s definitely not every single frame of the movie…an interesting gimmick perhaps? They’ve been pretty clever with it, speeding it up, slowing it down, and covering it all with some cool music…you may not catch anything, but I’d suggest avoiding this altogether. Catch the proper movie.
