It looks like the happy folks over at Dreamworks have come up with a title for the third Shrek film: “Shrek the Third” (hey, I actually kinda like that title). At the same time, the good folks over at Comingsoon have given us a peek at what the plot for Shrek 3 is going to be:
Shrek the Third finds Shrek and Fiona reluctantly reigning over Far, Far Away. But if they can find the heir to the throne and bring him back, they can return to their swamp. While Shrek, Donkey and Puss in Boots are in search of the heir, Fiona holds off a coup d’etat by Prince Charming.
I enjoyed both the Shrek films (I even laughed harder at the second one), so I’m looking forward to this thing. Can they keep the charm of the first two alive? Man, I just wish there was a way they could bring back John Lithgow as Lord Farquaad.
