There aren’t many The Sentinel reviews out at the moment, but I thought I should give you the head up on what’s being said so far. I’m going to see an advanced screening tonight, so I’ll give you my personal review later this evening. For now, here are the early The Sentinel reviews:
“The plot reassembles elements from In the Line of Fire, The Fugitive, and a dozen other films, but the result feels impressively fresh.”
Andy Klein, LOS ANGELES CITYBEAT“Gives a good name to the brand of cookie-cutter thriller that satisfies like no other.”
Jeanne Aufmuth, PALO ALTO WEEKLY“The Sentinel could easily pass for a generic straight-to-DVD release if it wasn’t for the presence of Michael Douglas.”
Chuck O’Leary, FULVUEDRIVE-IN.COM
So at this point, overall it looks like it could be ok… but nothing glowing yet. I guess I’ll just have to see for myself.
