Jennifer Lopez trying to get out of ‘Dallas’?

I alluded to this in the comments section a number of days ago, but it seems to have gotten under the radar. I am bringing it up here, because of one of the reasons Jennifer Lopez- who I *used to like* as an actress- recently ditched her agent…

From the NY Post page six (May 1st):

“Jennifer Lopez has had enough of cranky old Ed Limato. Lopez ditched the ICM agent on Friday for William Morris’ Dave Wirtschafter – because, as one insider explained, “Limato didn’t do anything for her in over a year. He got her into ‘Dallas’ – a TV remake that will probably flop. She is doing Oscar-winning work in ‘Bordertown.’ She should not be doing ‘Dallas.’ “

I’m not too thrilled with the new film version of ‘Dallas’ being made, and it may be somewhat interesting observing the news items where it may or may not be filmed in whole or in part…but DAMN.

J Lo thinks this movie will stink!

Will she back out of the film, cut her losses?
Will ‘Dallas’ the movie be better without her?

Ooh…the drama!

Thoughts?
