Triple H for He-Man

Triple-H He-ManOk, this is one of those bits of news that I’m either shocked I hadn’t heard beofre… or that I did hear and forgot. According to our good friends over at Filmrot, John Woo has decided to put his new “He-Man” movie on hold for a short time while he does some work back home. That’s all coll and I’m sure we can all wait a little while longer for He-Man to return.

What I DIDN’T know, was that one of the people he’s seriously considering for the role of He-Man is WWE wrestler Triple H!!! Hahaha!!! Ok ok ok… catching my breath. I have to confess there is a perverse little side of me that would LOVE to see this. I used to LOVE wrestling a few years back. As a matter of fact, I still make a point of getting together with some buddies and watch Wrestlmania every year… and H has always been my favorite (well.. and the Undertaker too). The guy is a physical MAN BEAST.

Woo was reportedly considering several actors to play the role of “He-Man” in the film, including big names Paul Walker and Triple H as well as relative newcomers Matt Davis (“Blue Crush”) and Christopher Showerman (“George of the Jungle II”).

I mean come on… how much talent does it really take to play He-Man. HAHAHA!
