Christopher Walken in Drag in Hairspray

Recently John posted a picture of John Travolta in his get-up for his role in Hairspray.

Cinema Blend caught this:

See Christopher Walken As A Woman The in-production movie version of the popular stage play Hairspray may sound like another boring musical, but it’s a boring musical with Christopher Walken. Not only will Walken get to showcase his considerable dancing skills in the film, but he’ll do it dressed in drag. That’s something you can’t afford to miss.

So apparently this is not an isolated event. Travolta is not the only person getting done up in drag. I have always been fascinated with Christopher Walken’s work and this is exactly why. There is no limit to what he wont do.

I have to say, seeing Travolta in drag was just funny. But seeing Walken in drag, seems to just make this a “must see” movie. I dont know what quality suddenly makes this happen.

But then I do like musicals. Not neccessarily men in drag.
