So far I really haven’t been very impressed with anything I’ve seen out of Ghost Rider so far. The basic story idea seems modestly interesting, but the “feel” I’ve got from the trailers so far has been less that cheesy, and the visual effect have been sub-par. Not to mention I’ve never really been a fan of the Ghost Rider character anyway.
But hold on a sec… give a little credit where credit is due. Terry just gave me the heads up on this little video that can be seen over at the official Ghost Rider blog. In it we get a look at Nicolas Cage actually going through his transformation into Ghost Rider… and man… it looks SICK GOOD! The first time I watched it I actually felt a little uncomfortable. It really is horrific. Excellent job.
