Just checked out The Perfect Stranger over at moviesonline.ca and man it’s about time Bruce Willis played a bad guy. Damn he fits this role! Ok here’s the story: As she goes undercover to crack the case of her friend’s murder, a woman (Berry) gets caught up in the world of obsessive love online.
So that is the outline they give on imdb.com but really it is way more involved, and man does it look cool. I haven’t seen Halle Berry in anything interesting in so long but she actually looks pretty good in this, perhaps her Oscar curse has finally started to lift. As for Willis, well I don’t want to jinx it but this is quite an interesting role for him and playing a bad guy has been known to garner at least an Oscar nomination in the past. Either way the trailer looks good, with the exception of the super played phrase “trust no one” that blinks on the screen near the end of it.
