Bionic Woman is back on

Hollywood remakes take those things that are on the edge of death. We have the technology, We have the ability. We can make those shows better, faster, stronger.

Among those nostalgic tv shows being spun into feature film remakes, the Six Million Dollar Man is not on my list of shows that get me going. But it looks like they are spinning off the Bionic Woman into a tv series before the movie even gets off the ground.

MovieHole says:

Warner Bros is bringing back the “Six Million Dollar Man” (which itself is going to be a feature film – sometime; it’s been in the works for years) spin-off to Television. The new version, which has received a cast-contingent order, again tells of a woman who is forced to have her body enhanced – yes kids, like Pam – in order to save her life.

And just in case you thought Hollywood was running out of ideas and has finally run out of TV shows to feed them feature film ideas, the article mentions that “Get Smart”(with Anne Hathaway – meow!), “The Greatest American Hero”, “Knight Rider”, “21 Jump Street”, “The A-Team” and “Hawaii Five-O” are all getting the Silver Screen Remake treatment too.

Don’t forget Magnum PI. (I still say if Selleck doesnt do it then it should be Clooney)

I think in the middle of these movies they should be interupted with classic commercials like Slinky, SmashUp Derby Cars or Star Wars toys.
