They’re baaack, maybe. There are talk about a Gremlins 3 over at Warner Brothers these day. Or, at least that is according to a source over at moviehole.net, here’s more on the story:
While my source isn’t based at Warner Premiere – the newly reformed direct to DVD arm of the Burbank boys – he can confirm that there has been a bit of talk about another “Gremlins” film in recent years at Warner, and believes the project may have been suggested as a ‘Warner Premiere’.
“The talk has been going on for quite some time”, the WB source says of a third “Gremlins” film, which many speculate will utilize CGI rather than puppetry. “I think that’s all it is at the moment. Talk.
So it’s just talk for now but what would everyone out there think about Gremlins 3? I wouldn’t mind the idea, if they had someone like Ryan Reynolds as the lead and maybe a fun actress like Brittany Murphy in there too. Just a thought, what are yours?
