Warwick Davis Is Back In Price Caspian

Warwick-DavisIt’s funny when you stop to think about it, but Warwick Davis has one hell of an impressive Hollywood Resume. The man was the lead in Willow, Wicket the Ewok in Return of the Jedi, the lead in all the Leprechaun movies, he was in Labyrinth, Time Bandits, a recurring role in the Harry Potter films, Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, a hilarious spot on “Extras” and he was even once in the TV version fo the Chronicles of Narnia… to which he is now returning for Prince Caspian.!

The good folks over at Movieweb give us the following:

Walt Disney Pictures has announced that Warwick Davis has been cast as Nikabrik, the Black Dwarf in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. The actor joins a cast that includes Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, Anna Popplewell, William Moseley, Ben Barnes, Alicia Borrachero, Peter Dinklage and Vincent Grass, as well as Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan. The sequel will start principal photography next week in New Zealand.

Man, I don’t know why, but every time I see this guy I just smile. Maybe it’s because I associate so many fun movie memories with him. Who knows, but it’s good to see him still doing his thing. Ahhh Willow, you’ll always rule.
