Artist David Allcock has hipped us to this atmospheric new poster, as well as the freshly updated OFFICIAL SITE, which greets us with the troops all geared up.
The flick, set in a blasted-out future where corporations have battled each other over natural resources, is aiming for a grim WWI tone. Jane plays an elite soldier leading a resistance against new invaders who comes to pick at the leftovers of humanity.
I must say that the site for this film is one of the best I have ever seen. It is easy to navigate, has cool animations and is chock full of information. If you have any time at all, you should check it out.
I am all for movies where soldiers fight on behalf of corporations and/or slaughter mutants. This is enough information for me to see the movie. The fact that the movie has John Malkovich, Ron Pearlman and Thomas Jane in it is also a good reason to go. I am surprised I have not heard much about this film yet, but it will certainly be on news watch from this point forward. I look forward to this film’s release.
