Virulents

VirulentsOk, this sounds like fun. You know I’m getting tired of the whole Zombie genre… and just starting to get tired of the Vampire genre… well for some reason, I read about Virulents and I think it will be kick ass fun. Why? Listen to this:

The story follows a group of soldiers searching for a lost patrol in Afghanistan (in 2001). The group, a mixed bunch of Americans and Indians, run into a den of vampire zombies.

Damn… don’t you just hate that? You go walking in the woods looking for your lost dog and BANG… Vampire zombie nest. You go down to the basement looking for that old baseball glove and BANG… vampire zombie nest. They just keep popping up all over the place. Things get kinda hot with the date tonight… you reach for your condom drawer and BANG… vampire zombie nest (or in my case just lots of cobwebs from lack of activity).

I have no idea why the idea of this film strikes me so positively… but I’m grinning from ear to ear just at the thought of it. It does sound like fun. Does Raid work on vampire zombie nests?
