The film is about U.S. Marshal Carrie Stetko and her lone-wolf investigation into the first murder on the ice continent of Antarctica. I am not a huge fan of police thrillers, but I am a fan of desolate arctic landscapes so I am moderately excited to see this film. I enjoy all the rusted out props with fake snow and I appreciate the look they are going for. It looks like they are in a storage shed, on the prison premises of Rura Penthe.
The best part about films that take place in the arctic; are the hats. Look above at the hats these guys are wearing, and tell me that you are not delighted. These are quality winter hats that have both form and function. These hats will be the unsung heroes of this film and I suggest we all give each hat a name and grant unto them, the respect they deserve.
