During R.Kelly’s trial over an illegal sextape of him with a minor has officially reached the “grasping at straws” stage in a staggering move that can only be described as “Oh no you didn’t!”
[R. Kelly’s attorney], in an attempt to suggest that Kelly’s head could have been superimposed onto somebody else’s body in the sex tape, asked [gal on witness stand] whether she had seen the Wayans brothers’ movie “Little Man.” [Attorney] said, “They put the head of Marlon Wayans on a midget and it looked real, didn’t it?”But, to widespead laughter, [gal on witness stand] replied, “Not really!”
Don’t they have professionals that can judge if a video was edited?
I can’t believe they went that far as to use an example like this in an actual court of law. This world is going to hell in a handbasket if this defense happens to work for him.
I know the whole purpose is to put a sliver of doubt in their mind. If they are not convinced that it COULDN’T have happened that way no matter how silly it sounds, he could walk over this.
