Yup, Emma Stone is the new hottest thing to strut across the screen in recent memory.
Interestinlgy enough most of her costars just don’t work for me because they are mostly playing college kids in other franchises. But at very least Stone looks like she is carrying this one. So I am still in.
And I typically like Amanda Bynes, but she just looks… off. Not nearly as cutesy adorable as she used to be. Looks over made-up. Maybe that’s the point of her character.
This kind of reminds me of Can’t Buy Me Love, the Patrick Dempsey highschool comedy where a boy has a fake relationship with the popular girl to boost his popularity.
I imagine this will play out much the same as that movie.
And Stone is so hot… Wait! She’s 18 right? ok… Whew!
