You know what’s great about movies? They dont have to worry about little things like reality or logic. This makes them an awesome breeding ground to play out myth and fantasy that people wish actually had a bearing on the real world.
Oh, I am not talking about elves and wizards. I mean things like Numerology.
Director Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw 2,3 & 4) will bring us 11.11.11 revolving around the premise that the number 11 has something to do with angels. And as a marketing dream he will release it on November 11th, 2011.
The film will center on the “idea of 11 gates of Heaven and how on 11:11 on the 11th day of the 11th month, the 11th gate will open up and something from another world will enter the earthly realm for 49 minutes.”
So is this going to be a bad thing? I thought this number had to do with angels. And why 49 minutes? I thought the theme was 11s?
And is it 11:11 in the morning? What time zone? Does this prophecy take daylight savings into account? That was a human invention!! We are not prepared!!!
Ah, could be fun. And they couldn’t ask for a better date to put the film on. That sells itself.
