Leonard Nimoy turns 80

Leonard Nimoy is known best for his role as the Vulcan Starfleet Officer Captain/Commander/Ambassador Spock and his most notable quote is “Live Long and Prosper” … and that he has.

Today Mr Nimoy has unlocked the Octogenarian achievement just four days after his Star Trek co-star William Shatner. Today Mr Nimoy turns 80.

But no matter how long he lives and long after he has left this mortal plane, he will never outlive this…

I don’t know when Hobbits were characteristically hopping chipmunk penguins, but there it is.

Mr Nimoy, may you live much longer and continue to prosper!
