The production crew surrounding the Hobbit have had quite a story to tell for quite some time, and they’re also trying to film a movie too. The tale of creating the Hobbit is almost worthy of it’s own film with no signs of slowing down as today we learned that PJ just lost his Fili.

Fili is one of the thirteen dwarves whom Bilbo accompanies on his journey to defeat the dragon Smaug. Rob Kazinsky was cast as the character, but according to director Peter Jackson he’s leaving The Hobbit for “personal reasons”.
Seriously, the stories of financial crisis’ and departing crew have made the prospect of filming the movie a daunting one indeed. It seems like Kazinski must’ve caught the Aronofsky bug had a pretty good “unspecified” reason to drop out of the production of the Hobbit, especially if they’ve already filmed a few scenes with Kazinsky, because PJ seems fairly optimistic and confident in the fact that this will not delay production in any way.
