G.I. Joe retaliation is coming soon and aims to set the new status quo for the series by introducing the Rock and emphasizing everything praised about the first film and dropping everything derived in the first. Kind of a bummer for Marlon Wayans. Anyhoo the promotional wheels are spinning and a new TV spot has hit the web to get us interested in the newest film.

Not a lot of new footage but I’ve yet to see much of anything that has given me the impression that I should be worried about this film. Hell I’m super excited to see how this all plays out and the inclusion of Bruce Willis to the series. So far it looks promising but nothing that makes me think I should hold my breath. I’ll keep you posted…
