There’s been some nitpicking online lately about Josh Trank’s take on the Fantastic Four and how it just seems wildly different from everything in the past. First, I wanna address those idiots who bitched and moaned about the old films and how they could have change their approach who are now putting every contraries in this film under a fine microscope. Please, shut up and wait until the movie is released so we can critique it proper. Fine, thank you.
Now that that’s done, let’s look at the Thing:
See that? That’s a face a mother couldn’t love. The thing is pretty horrid looking and I personally think that his look is downright ‘Fantastic’. Why? Because this transformation was a pivotal point for Ben Grimm. The guy shouldn’t have any semblance or hope for a normal life after this transformation, and this change should spark the futile motivation in Reed Richards to undo the damage done to his friend. F’n Amazing SUPERIOR. Everything about this movie seems unlike anything I’ve seen before from Marvel’s First Family and I personally love the changes. This is the type of Fantastic Four I like to see, right?
That’s all for now.
