What is it with studios and their shitty super hero costume designs lately? I swear, if it’s not inspired by a comic book the stuff looks atrocious. I was really into this trailer up until the part with the dad and the fighting in the Max Steel costume. Just for reference, here are a few other terrible design decisions from Hollywood lately:

This sort of design reminds me of the horror of the 90’s. Regardless, this movie has completely fallen off of my radar thanks to the cheesy cliche dialogue and terrible costume design. To be fair, comic films aren’t immune to bad design choices either as DC has earned plenty of criticism for this horror:
And don’t get me started on the many costume changes of Spider-Man. But at the end of the day… it could be much much worse.
