So you know those ‘Olympus Has Fallen’, hardcore action flicks that mirror much of the Die Hard movies?
Well they are money makers, and Millennium Films has it’s eyes set on a third film for their ‘Has Fallen’ franchise.
According to Variety.com the next movie will be titled Angel Has Fallen, as the attackers are set to try and take down Gerard Butler’s heroic character Mike Banning.
I guess after saving the world a bunch of times, it’s finally time for the bad guys to go after the one who keeps thwarting their plans.
While no director has been set for the Angel Has Fallen film, Gerard Butler is set to produce along with Alan Siegel, Mark Gill, John Thompson, and Matt O’Toole.
While these movies may not have the best writing or plot, many fans including myself wouldn’t mind seeing more bad-ass action stunts as Gerard Butler deepens his Die Hard type cast.
While no release date for Angel Has Fallen has been given, production is stated to start in the earlier half of 2017.
