Australian actor Tim Pocock listed as playing Scott Summers (Cyclops) in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
‘A1ant’ then followed-up with the agency who confirmed the casting. “Yes, that information is correct. He was cast as the younger Scott Summers,” they said.
Now this could mean that Wolverine tripped over a younger Scott Summers before and didn’t really meet him.
Scott could be leaving a taxi as Wolverine hops in. It’s all vague at this point.
I would wager on the cameo since the actor hired is a complete unknown, and that they would have a hard time explaining why Scott didn’t make reference to it in the subsequent X-Men films.
At very least it shows that the creators are attempting to continue the tradition of name dropping in the XFilms.
