Transformers 2 And G.I. Joe Footage Showing At Comic Con

As if you didn’t already have enough reasons to join the approximately 140,000 others who are attending Comic Con this year (yes… 140,000 according to some sources), now you have another one.

Our friend Robert over at IESB is reporting that both Transformers 2 and G.I. Joe are going to be showing early footage to the Comic Con crowd.

TRANSFORMERS 2 and G.I. JOE will both be showing early footage to fans during Comic Con 2008. How do you see it? Attend the HASBRO panel! Paramount will not be holding a panel for the films but will be giving HASBRO footage to show at their panel, there may even be a few surprises along with those as well!

I’m not really sure how much of Transformers 2 they could be showing us… hopefully at least a glimpse of one of the new Autobots or Decepticons appearing in the film would be a nice treat. I’d expect to see more from G.I Joe since it’s been in production a lot longer. It’ll be our first taste for the “feel” of the movie. I hope the Joe stuff is good because right now I don’t have much hope for it.
