Ok, this isn’t a movie related post, but I would feel a little less than human if I didn’t mention it here. By now all of us have seen pictures of the devastation in Asia. I first heard of the disaster boxing day morning going shopping with my dad. At that point they said they feared 3000 were killed. As of this moment CNN is reporting that the death toll stands at around 23,000… 10x the casualties in the 9/11 attacks. This is dizzying.
So listen, seriously, see if you can find one of your local banks that is accepting donations for the relief efforts that are getting started.
