Iron Man DVD Easter Egg

I’ve gone on and on about how much I enjoyed Iron Man. Not a perfect movie by any stretch of the imagination, but a very entertaining time at the movies to be sure. It may surprise you to know that I don’t personally buy many DVDs. I have to see too many in theater and watching DVDs the studios send to me and don’t have a lot of time to rewatch ones I own. Not to mention, if I’m in the mood to watch an old favorite, I just add it to my Netflix que. MUCH cheaper that way.

Anyway, despite the fact that I don’t buy a lot of DVDs, the Iron Man double disc set was one I ran out to buy the day it came out. Now, thanks to a heads up by Movie Blog reader Godfather, I know of an extra little easter egg on the Iron Man dvd. This info comes from the website Sync:

Pop the first disc into your DVD player and from the main menu, select ‘Special Features. Now highlight the words “‘Main Menu” at the bottom of the screen but don’t press the Enter button just yet. Instead, tap the Left arrow button on the DVD remote and a circle in the middle of the tuxedo jacket will become illuminated. Press Enter (or Select on some DVD remotes) and enjoy a humorous interview with Marvel’s Stan Lee and Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr. having a good time on the red carpet.

If you own the Blu-ray version, from the main menu scroll down to BD-LIVE and press the Right arrow on the Blu-ray remote. A schematic of Iron Man’s hand will appear. Now press Enter to see the clip.

So there you go. Do any of you guys know of any other Easter Eggs on the Iron Man DVD?
