Jessica Biel will be joining the dramatic suspense thriller called The Tall Man.
Laugier’s The Tall Man is gearing up for production and is a suspenseful thriller in the vein of the early films of M. Night Shyamalan. You remember them? The good ones in which kids saw dead people!
Even better, sultry badass final girl Jessica Biel (Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Blade: Trinity) will be starring in the movie which centers on a woman who must grapple with and track the mysterious figure of The Tall Man who has kidnapped her child.
I haven’t really seen Biel break out the hardcore dramatic chops, so I am looking forward to seeing how she handles a character that the writer calls “a ‘woman in jeopardy’ movie with a lot of twists and a strong female character that you feel very connected to.”
Can Biel do it? I hope so.
