I first heard about “The World’s Fastest Indian” about a year ago (we posted about it here), and right away I thought is sounded like something special. But then again, almost anything that Anthony Hopkins attaches himself to has the potential of being something special.
In case you haven’t heard about this one yet, here’s a quick synopsis of the project:
After a lifetime of perfecting his classic Indian motorcycle, Burt Munro (Anthony Hopkins) set off from Invercargill to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah where he set a new speed record. His 1967 world record remains unbroken.
I like the way the trailer puts it: “BASED ON ONE HELL OF A TRUE STORY”. Neat.
The trailer is quite good, although I’m not really big on the music they picked for it. The music makes it look like it’s an action adventure flick which clearly it’s not… even if it does have a lot of speed. But anyway, judge for yourselves. You can see The World’s Fastest Indian trailer here. Come back and let us know what you thought of it.
