Transformers 3 is already hot on the set and it looks like they are not dialing down the action much at all. A rebuilt section of building was suspended via cranes and gimbles to presumably re-enact an office building in collapse. The tilt is intentional as the intrepid video sniper reports a scene being filmed with soldiers sliding down its length.
