There is little that compares to the scale and excitement of the San Diego Comic Con, and they have announced that tickets for the event are now available online for the 2011 show. Nearly months before the event.
io9.com says
Tickets for the 2011 San Diego Comic Con are already on sale. In fact, you can buy four-day passes for July 21st through the 24th right now on the SDCC site
SSDC sells out FAST every year. I am surprised they dont make efforts to make it bigger considering they sell out the tickets before they announce attractions and guests.
The event is crazy busy, and the crowds are my biggest concern in attending. They are already set to keep San Diego as the home of the con for the forseeable future. This means any expansion will come as tangent events and other nearby locations that have been housing spinoff activities and attractions that are sometimes official, sometimes unofficial.
Do you plan on going to SDCC? Better buy your tickets now, or you might not be able to.
