Of course as the list of celebrity guests for Jason Segel’s The Greatest Muppet Movie Ever Made began to grow a fast rumour came about that his repeated co-star Paul Rudd would make that list.
Despite denying them originally Rudd admits the rumours were true, but its still not likely happening.
Rudd at first called the speculation “all rumors”, but then went on to say “I wanted to be in it, and I talked to Jason, but I think there was some things that happened and I don’t know if I’m gonna get to do it.” So, to sum up: it wasn’t really all rumors. He actively tried to get involved, something happened, and now he probably won’t be involved.
It’s not like the film lacks any celebrity guest power, as the list keeps growing every day.
Already Jack Black, Zach Galifianakis, Billy Crystal, Amy Adams, Alan Arkin, JCVD and others are rumoured to be joining still.
Sounds more like one of those “wouldn’t it be cool” moments and they check their schedules and realize it wont work.
