I thought the story about a new Remingston Steele was fanciful, but now the confirmation has come through that it’s being made and Pierce Brosnan won’t be the lead.
Although the story came through Cinematical, the content seems to have entirely disappeared and they only have the bare post left. However it went something along the lines of Brosnan publicly stating that he was involved behind the scenes in a resurrection of the poor mans Bond TV series he once starred in, Remington Steele.
Strange the story is disappeared now, but that’s roughly what was being said. After all the abuse Brosnan has been handing out about the Bond franchise, why do you think this move is on? Perhaps a similar move to the original Casino Royale movie…i.e. taking the mick?
