The trailer for the Beowulf & Grendel movie starring a fellow countryman of mine Gerard Butler has just gone online. All you ladies can rush to click immediately…however I’m not so excited.
When word of the project came out it just didn’t capture my imagination, was there enough for a story to be really interesting and was it the right time for another epic from such times…I wasn’t so sure, and now seeing the trailer hasn’t convinced me any more.
There doesn’t seem that much in the trailer that’s showing me I’m wrong, or that there is much more of a story other than a few scenes, or that Grendel is anything but a foot larger than any other man…
