Sucker Punch doesn’t really need to sell itself any more to me, its already a done deal. Solidly burrowed its way into my shallow and superficial heart.
But this new trailer is the WRONG way to continue the burrowing.
/Film has tripped over a pile of retro styled 1940s propaganda posters with some familiar poster poses that may or may not be official.
Now that takes the sting out of that terrible trailer. Ok, the trailer was only terrible because that music really didn’t fit, and the scenes tried to hard to spill some story into it instead of just letting the visuals ramp you up and saving the storyline for the theater experience…
But those posters are awesome. I like them better than the last set of character posters we were given.
