It looks like the reality tv show trend isn’t dead yet (it can’t get here soon enough for me). Oscar winner, and in my opinion the best director out there, Steven Spielberg is apparently getting ready to develop a reality tv show of his own. Oh good grief.
The good folks over at Hollywood North give us this:
(Spielberg) is currently in talks to create a new series where aspiring film-makers vie to direct a movie that he will produce. “He’s throwing around a lot of ideas,” said a source. “But the basic concept is Project Greenlight meets The Apprentice.”
I hate reality tv shows (at least the contest ones), but just because I’m such a Spielberg fan I’ll whore myself and watch this (at least the first couple of episodes) if it ever indeed comes to be a reality (get it? HAHAHA… oh shut up).
