Alien vs. Predator 2 Director Buzz

From the good folks at IGN:

Out scooper points out that the Wikipedia entry for special effects artists-turned-directors Greg and Colin Strause, a.k.a. the Brothers Strause, claims that the siblings “have recently been mentioned as the possible feature film directors for Alien vs. Predator 2. The sequel to 2004’s Alien vs. Predator is set to be released in August 2007.”

While there’s a first time for everyone I think an actual director might be a better choise than two ex. special effects guys (no offence). I still can’t get over how true the tagline for AvP was. “Whoever wins… We lose.”
