There is a new “The Hunting Party” trailer out… and man it looks sweet. There is something that is just far more compelling about true stories than fiction. Not necessarily because the stories are BETTER, but just that somewhere in the back of your mind you’re cognizant of the fact that THIS REALLY HAPPENED… which makes the story all the more compelling. Well… to me anyway.
The synopsis for The Hunting Party looks something like this:
A young journalist (Eisenberg), a seasoned cameraman (Howard) and a discredited journalist (Gere) embark on an unauthorized mission to find the no. 1 war criminal in Bosnia; they find themselves in serious jeopardy when they are mistaken as a CIA hit squad and their target decides to come after them.
