Everone has a couple of sets of movies that instantly take them back to being a kid again. You know what I mean… there are certain older movies that, when you watch them again, you instantly remember watching them as a kid, where you were, what your favorite food was, dreaming of a day you wouldn’t be a virgin anymore… well… anyway… we all have those movies. To me, very few have the nostalgia factor as much as Back To The Future.
Some really interesting news is coming out of Moviehole today suggesting that Doc and Marty (Lloyd and Fox) are going to be together again (in a sense anyway) on the big screen:
“Back to the Future” duo may be rejoining forces to play parts in Robert Zemeckis’s – Zemeckis directed the “Future” trilogy – next pic, “A Christmas Carol”. Jim Hill Media reports that roles have been specifically written for Fox and Lloyd. Christopher Lloyd will portray Marley’s Ghost and Michael J. Fox will voice Tiny Tim.
That would be awesome! I can’t totally understand why we haven’t “seen” Michael J. Fox much (with his illness and all)… so even hearing his voice would be magic. As for Christopher Lloyd… I’m at a loss why this guy isn’t on screen more. The guy could just stand there on a stage for 30 minutes and you’d still be entertained. I’d love to see him do more stuff.
